# Support Improvements, Percy Superpowers, and Billing Visibility

## Ease of Help

We want Railway to be the easiest way to get your code in the cloud. As you are on your journey, we know that there might be some bumps on the tracks. As a result, we spent a good amount of time this week focusing on the support experience.

## Help Page Revamp

Before: when you went to the old help page, you would only see a prompt to head into the Discord for assistance.

Now, you will see an additional FAQ page showing answers to your most common questions. We understand that users new and old will have questions about Railway and now it's easier to get answers.

Check out the updates at [railway.app/help](https://railway.app/help).

## Percy's New Superpowers

Help isn't limited in the form of our webpage! Percy, your neighborhood-friendly bot on Discord, can now answer questions in the help channels.

### Open Threads

As a Discord community server, we have been taking advantage of threads to respond to our user's needs. We are excited to build further integrations with this feature to supercharge our user's support experience to get responses as quickly as possible.

Moving forward, for users to get as quick as possible of a response. All users need to open a thread with their `projectId` and a team member will respond quickly.

## Billing Page Makeover

The billing page ([/account/billing](https://railway.app/account/billing)) has been updated to more clearly show your current and estimated usage. If you are on the developer plan it will show what your current bill will be at the end of the month. On the starter plan, it will show the remaining usage balance you have.

The chart for each project was also revamped to show individual resource usage over the month. We think this will give further insight into your projects, their usage, and how much they will cost.
