# Custom Service Icons, Log Filter Highlighting, All Metro Docs

It’s Friday and with the end of the work week brings another changelog. Metro is reaching general availability and we spent our time equally focused on polish and features. We hope you notice the effort while we have even bigger things in store.

## Custom Service Icons

[One feature request down](https://railway.canny.io/feature-requests/p/custom-project-icons), 100+ more to go. We have now added the ability to provide a link to an icon for your service. When clicked into a service, open the command palette and type in “Edit Service Icon”. You’ll then be prompted to provide a link to an image. [Just so you know, we maintain a dev icon repository so you don’t have to bother with uploading your own.](https://devicons.railway.app/) Keep keeping us busy.

## Log Filter Highlighting

One of our Engineers, [Greg](https://twitter.com/GregorySchier), is hard at work ensuring the logs and monitoring experience is air-tight. Part of the work is making sure that we keep on snapping up any performance gains. **But**, there were visual improvements to be made!

First we improved the coloring within the logs pane to better match the visual theme of the product.

Next, when someone would add input into the search filter for deployment logs, it was hard to reason why we were returning the logs. Now- in bright contrast, you can see the matched terms from your input to the resulting logs.

## All Metro Docs

[Two changelogs ago we mentioned that the Docs were undergoing a transition.](https://railway.app/changelog/2022-02-11) Three new pages and 3,000+ rewritten words later, here we are.

The new docs for Metro is completely live now since we are on the tail end of phasing out the classic interface. It has everything: new photos, new copy, and new gifs.

For the record, we do read the feedback from the form that we have in the bottom of the docs pages. We incorporated all the constructive comments to make the next set of users keep their hair. Thank you for that by the way.
