# New Projects Navigation, Public API Expansion, Community Call Notes

Have a lot of projects on Railway? So do we. This week we’ve introduced a new navbar to make navigating across your Railway Projects a breeze.

## New Projects Navigation

[Image: The new Projects dropdown menu makes it easy to switch projects without going to the Dashboard]

When you’re working across a number of Projects and Teams in Railway, it can be a little annoying to return to the Dashboard every time you need to introspect a new Project.

We got tired of visiting the Dashboard constantly, so we added a new Project navbar menu to make switching contexts easier.

You’ll notice that Projects are grouped by Team so it’s always easy to see where you’re working. (And if you haven’t created a Team for your org yet, you can learn more about that [here](https://docs.railway.app/reference/teams).)

## Call for Public API Use Cases

Since releasing a Public API Preview for Railway teams [last month](https://railway.app/changelog/2022-11-04-shared-variables-api), we’ve received a lot of excellent feedback. We’ve been working with a number of external partners and are happy to report that some really cool stuff is already being built with the API.

Based on this success, we’re proposing to expand Public API availability to all Priority Boarding users — but first we’d love to hear about your use cases.

Jump on [Discord](https://discord.gg/railway) or [Twitter](https://twitter.com/railway) and let us know the following:

- What’s your use case for the Railway Public API?
- What primitives would you like to see available in the Public API?

Public API docs are available [here](https://docs.railway.app/reference/public-api).

## Community Call Recording

We had a lot of fun hosting a Community Call on Friday on Discord Stages. You can catch the recording on YouTube [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZsjKcxJeMo). The community asked a lot of inquisitive and hard-hitting questions and we enjoyed talking about our upcoming roadmap and plans.

We mean it when we say that we have the *very best* group of users. Thank you for sharing our excitement for the future of Railway and for letting us know what features you need to see next. We got you!

Some topics we covered:

- How to build sustainably and maximize runway
- Where we’re at with Private Networking
- Plans for integrations + API
- …and you guessed it, Selectable Regions!

The Railway team is shipping a number of small items before the end of the year. In January we’ll be shipping a public roadmap to help set expectations for all these big-ticket items coming down the pipe.

## Improvements and Fixes

- Implemented a new support tracking system, which means response times should start to recover — thanks for bearing with us!
- Fixed an issue related to build caching and build speeds — builds should no longer hang as much
- Improved the invite flow for adding new members to Projects
- Improved service list loading on mobile
- Added better error notifications to GitHub when PRs are made by a creator without a Railway account
- Fixed a bug with the raw variable editor
