This week, the fully remote and global team at Railway converged on Mexico City for our biannual retreat — a week dedicated to planning, in-person collaboration, brainstorming the future, and of course, having an absolute blast together. Between the strategic planning sessions and whiteboard debates, we also managed to do something completely ridiculous (and admittedly on-brand): We merged a PR on the fly from a hot air balloon ↓ [Video: Merging a PR from a hot air balloon 8,000ft (~2,500m) above sea level] This was the result. The team went to see [Lucha Libre](https://cmll.com/arenas/arena-mexico/) at Arena México — Mexican professional wrestling at its finest. High-flying acrobatics, dramatic showdowns, and more mask reveals than you'd expect. It was everything we hoped for and more. There's something about collectively kneading dough and rolling out noodles that brings people together — especially when you're all figuring it out as you go.
