# Deploy message queues in one click

Templates in this category deploy messaging infrastructure in one click. RabbitMQ and Kafka cover queues and event streaming, Mosquitto and EMQX handle MQTT for IoT, ntfy sends push notifications, and Temporal runs durable workflows.

Brokers run 24/7 on always-on servers with persistent volumes, usage based pricing, and a free trial.

## Common questions about Queue templates

### How do I deploy Kafka in one click?

Deploy a Kafka template and Railway creates the broker in KRaft mode, with a variant that includes Kafka UI for browsing topics. Producers and consumers in the same project connect over private networking.

### Can other services reach my queue privately?

Yes. Services inside a project talk over private networking without exposing the broker to the internet. A TCP proxy can expose it externally when you need that.

### Do queues survive restarts?

Yes. Broker templates use persistent volumes, so messages and topic data stay on disk across restarts and redeploys.

### Is there a template for durable workflows?

Yes. Temporal has one-click templates, including a scaled setup with separate services. It gives you durable execution for long running jobs.
