# Deploy and Host FreshRSS on Railway

[FreshRSS](https://github.com/FreshRSS/FreshRSS) is a self-hosted RSS and Atom feed aggregator that is fast, light and configurable, with multi-user and API support.

## About Hosting FreshRSS

This template runs the official `freshrss/freshrss:latest` image with SQLite and a persistent volume at `/var/www/FreshRSS/data`. The installation is done automatically on first start: the admin user is `admin` and the password (also used for the API) is the generated `ADMIN_PASSWORD` variable on the service. Feeds refresh every 15 minutes.
