# Deploy and Host Homer on Railway

[Homer](https://github.com/bastienwirtz/homer) is a very simple static dashboard for your server and services, configured with a single YAML file. It is fast, works offline and needs no database.

## About Hosting Homer

This template runs the official `b4bz/homer:latest` image on port 8080 with a persistent volume at `/www/assets`. On first start Homer writes an example `config.yml` and icons into the volume, so the dashboard shows an example page right away. Edit `config.yml` in the volume to add your own services, groups and theme.

Homer has no login: anything on the dashboard page is public. Do not put secrets or private links in `config.yml`.
