# Deploy and Host JupyterLab on Railway

[JupyterLab](https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab) is the web-based interactive environment for notebooks, code and data.

## About Hosting JupyterLab

This template runs `quay.io/jupyter/minimal-notebook:latest` with a volume at `/home/jovyan/work`. Access is protected by the generated `JUPYTER_TOKEN` variable: copy it from the service variables and enter it on the login page. Keep notebooks in the `work` folder so they persist. JupyterLab includes a terminal, so keep the token secret.
