# Deploy and Host Rustrak on Railway

[Rustrak](https://github.com/rustrak/rustrak) is a lightweight self-hosted error tracker that accepts events from any Sentry SDK, with logs, transactions, release health and a built-in dashboard in a single process.

## About Hosting Rustrak

This template runs the official `rustrak/rustrak-server:latest` image (SQLite backend) with a persistent volume at `/data`. The first admin is created on startup: sign in with email `admin@example.com` and the password shown in the `CREATE_SUPERUSER` variable on the service Variables tab (the part after the colon), then change it. `PUBLIC_URL` is set to your Railway domain so project DSNs are reachable. Anonymous telemetry is turned off.
