phpMyAdmin is a free database management tool written in PHP.

Setting this to 1 enables entering any server on login. Setting this to 0 will require connecting to PMA_HOST & PORT!

Sets the MySQL server phpMyAdmin should connect to. Example: sqlserver.com. You should set PMA_ARBITRARY to 0 if you want to use this!

Sets the port of the MySQL server phpMyAdmin should connect to. For example: 3306. You should set PMA_ARBITRARY to 0 if you want to use this!

This tells Railway that phpMyAdmin is running on port 80. DONT CHANGE THIS!
