We are in the thick of the holiday season and many of you are itching to close your work laptops and open your personal ones to start a side project that we know you will finish. 

With that spare time you have, we are enabling the first major feature beta that takes advantage of our new Discord Integration.

For the most adventurous, we have a new beta program- Priority Boarding.

 can now be assigned a Priority Boarding role. Those who have their Discord account integrated will then be able to access and share feedback on pre-release features. 

Wanna join? Ask the team in the Railway Discord in the feedback channel and we will assign the role on an ad-hoc basis.

Which leads us to our first Beta feature announcement.

Early access is now available for the new console experience on Railway. Users with the Priority Boarding role and a connected Discord Account can type “Metrofy” in the Command Palette while in a Railway project to access the new experience.

The new Metro UI adds multi-service projects, a new activity feed, and a welcome refresh of the configuration flows. It’s still early and much is expected to change, and we'd like your feedback to make it the best it can be.

The Railway dashboard has needed an update for a long time. Well, it's finally here! The page is now much cleaner and... particle-less (_psst: you can still cmd+k "Particles").

The new dashboard is also optimized for multi-service projects.
