Greg demos new autocomplete functionality

We weren’t thrilled with the old autocomplete library we were using for variables. Instead of messing around with drop-in options that didn’t feel quite right, Railway Engineer Greg took to designing a custom replacement.

The new autocomplete functions more like traditional 

 autocomplete. It’s mouse-able via a new dropdown button and is available both when creating and editing values.

In an effort to improve the service for all users, we’ve limited free plan users to 3 concurrent builds. This change is aimed directly at free plan users unsuccessfully spamming large numbers of failed builds. 

For users with legitimate use cases, this should be a welcome change that will result in increased stability.
