We love ‘em! We need ‘em! We can’t get enough of ‘em!

This week we’ve shipped a beautiful new logs histogram to the Observability tab plus a few other goodies we’d love to tell you about.

Logs Histogram

We added a histogram to better visualize logs in the Observability tab

We’ve updated the Observability tab to include a histogram of log activity.

This feature is extremely handy for visualizing and introspecting log activity over a period of time.

Logs are presented as a stacked column chart with warnings separated out from informational logs. In addition, new time windows may be selected by dragging your mouse across the columns.

Since this feature shipped straight to General Availability, it’s already available in the Railway project canvas.

Fractional Template Kickbacks

Template kickbacks are now awarded down to $0.01

Did you know that the Railway Template Kickback program provides cash compensation for creating public templates on Railway?

Well it does and the program is growing quickly. There are now more than 300 templates in the template library and template creators are getting paid-out for their work daily.

Whereas previously you needed to reach a threshold of earnings to get paid out, this week we shipped a change to pay out all template creators regardless of dollar amount.

We hope this lowers the barrier to contributing!
