Why Deploy CLIProxyAPI — Daily Auto-Update?

Most self-hosted tools go stale because nobody remembers to update them. This one updates itself. It checks for new official releases several times a day and installs them automatically, so you're always on the latest stable version without lifting a finger.

Updates are safe by default. A new release has to be out for a few hours, pass integrity checks, and run correctly in a private test before it goes live. If something goes wrong after an update, it automatically rolls back to the previous working version. Your accounts and settings are never touched during updates.

Dependencies for CLIProxyAPI Hosting

You'll need your own provider accounts and subscriptions. Those aren't included, and you're responsible for following each provider's terms.

Deployment Dependencies

The template deploys a single service with a persistent volume for your data. Two separate keys are generated for you: one for clients connecting to the API, and one for the admin dashboard.

No database or extra services are needed. If you back up the volume, encrypt it, since it holds your account credentials.
