Deploy and Host CompilePDF on Railway
CompilePDF is a bounded build-step utility that assembles and rewrites PDFs deterministically — same input, same bytes, with SHA-256 lineage on every operation for a fully auditable trail. Built from the public printwithsynergy/compile-pdf repo.
About Hosting CompilePDF
This template deploys a single stateless compile-pdf HTTP service. Railway builds
it straight from the public repository and exposes the REST API; no database
or object store is required. Health rides at GET /healthz, the published
endpoint surface at GET /v1/contract. Scale vertically for large documents
or horizontally behind your own gateway.
Why Deploy CompilePDF?
Run it on infrastructure you control: keep customer PDFs inside your network, pin the engine version your shop validated, and avoid per-document SaaS fees. If you'd rather have it managed (auth, quotas, billing, the full Synergy toolkit), use the hosted platform at https://host.withsynergy.io.
Common Use Cases
- Produce print-ready output as a reproducible, auditable build step
- Imposition, marks and rewrite operations inside CI-like pipelines
- Byte-stable regeneration for archival and compliance workflows
Dependencies for CompilePDF Hosting
None — the service is fully self-contained.
