Momentum — WhatsApp Mission Control

Turns WhatsApp work groups into a mission-control board: Home greeting with your top-10 threads, an Atlas treemap of every theme, Pulse digests, a Kanban board, and AI reply drafts you can send back to any group.

Deploy and Host

Click Deploy. Set APP_EMAIL + APP_PASSWORD when prompted (or create them on the sign-in page at first visit). Scan the QR shown on the loading screen with WhatsApp → Linked devices, then watch sync → analyze → ready.

About Hosting

One Railway service, one container: a Go WhatsApp bridge plus a Python API/UI. Chat history lives on the /data volume so restarts never lose the session.

Why Deploy

Your groups already hold every decision, blocker, and follow-up — scattered across hundreds of chats. Momentum mines them into one board that tells you what needs you first, every morning.

Common Use Cases

  • Founders tracking blockers across portfolio and team groups
  • Chiefs of staff running weekly momentum reviews from chat history
  • Anyone drowning in WhatsApp groups who wants a daily brief

Dependencies for

  • A WhatsApp account (for QR pairing)
  • A Gemini API key (optional — heuristic fallback included)

Deployment Dependencies

  • Volume mounted at /data (created automatically by this template)
  • Generated service domain (created automatically by this template)
