OJS and private MariaDB services each use a daily-backed-up volume. Railway provides HTTPS.
Implementation Details
The adapter uses OJS's CLI installer with a generated administrator, forces canonical HTTPS, runs scheduled tasks hourly, and stores both public and private journal files on one application volume. Use one application replica.
