Note: After the Railway deployment finishes, you must access your generated URL and append /installer to the address to begin the web-based installation wizard, create your administrative account, and finalize the system configuration.

The cron task and the queue services are already ready inside the container. When Pelican asks you to run 2 commands, just check the box and click next.
