Building it started differently from earlier templates in this series: instead of guessing configuration from documentation alone, I pulled Railway's existing reference template's actual serialized config directly via its API, then cross-checked every piece against Superset's own official docker-compose-non-dev.yml, docker-init.sh, and docker-bootstrap.sh scripts fetched live from GitHub. The fifth surfaced something real. Both the Celery worker and Celery beat services crash-looped immediately with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'psycopg2'.
