Architecture: you reach Teable through its public URL; Postgres and Redis stay on the private network; Setup runs once to create your admin

Back up Postgres (your tables) and the Teable volume (attachments). Email needs SMTP, which Railway allows on Pro plans; add it in System Admin, Settings. To upgrade, change the Teable image tag.
