The template deploys one Next.js service from the EmpirioLabs-AI/empiriolabs-chatbot repository. Enter your EmpirioLabs AI API key as EMPIRIOLABS_API_KEY when you deploy. The app reads it only on the server and never sends it to the browser. Railway builds the app, checks /api/health before each deployment goes live, and gives it a public domain. To share a public demo without your key, set DEMO_MODE to true: each visitor then enters their own key. EMPIRIOLABS_MODEL sets the model the chat starts with.
