Implementation Details

Required environment variables:

SELF_HOSTED_SETUP_TOKEN=your-setup-token
AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY=your-ai-gateway-api-key

SELF_HOSTED_SETUP_TOKEN is required during signup so the first user can claim the instance and create the first admin account.

AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY is required so Rift can connect to supported AI models. You can get it visting Vercel AI gateway website
