Deploy this template on Railway, add your admin password and session secret, then open the generated public URL. For live WhatsApp, add Meta Cloud API credentials and set the webhook to https://YOUR_DOMAIN/webhooks/whatsapp with the same WHATSAPP_VERIFY_TOKEN.

About Hosting

This stack runs an API + admin UI with PostgreSQL and Redis. With RUN_WORKER_IN_API=true, message workers run inside the API service. Demo mode works without WhatsApp keys so you can test the inbox immediately.
